The client needed high-quality, functional furniture that flowed cohesively throughout the space while staying within budget. The project’s complexity was further increased by the need to maintain clear communication and coordination among various trades working simultaneously on the site.
The BFI bid was proposed using Herman Miller products, known for their price effectiveness and high quality. Leveraging their long-standing relationship of over 30 years, BFI’s team assured the client they could meet the project’s fast timetable.
Collaborating closely with Gensler’s Interiors department, BFI provided value-engineered options aligned with the project’s budget and aesthetic requirements. By integrating products from the MillerKnoll portfolio, BFI enhanced overall specifications and ensured a consistent design throughout the space.
The project featured the Herman Miller Canvas panel system, including Canvas standard and Canvas channel panels for power distribution. Sit-stand desks like the Nevi with Ambit were included in the design to meet functional needs. Seating solutions included Knoll Generation chairs for workstations and Herman Miller Aeron chairs for huddle spaces. Various other high-quality, striking furniture pieces were selected to create a cohesive and stylish environment.
Despite the fast-paced timeline, BFI met the project deadline. Effective order processes, exceptional installation teams, and top-notch communication among all parties were critical to the project’s success.
