ONYX Equities

Onyx Equities acquired a former AT&T data center in Morris Township with the intent to reposition the property as a premier tenanted space. Onyx worked in conjunction with a Philadelphia design firm and BFI to design, budget and furnish all the common and amenity spaces in order to create a spectacular office complex. The concept was to create a property that every major tenant in the market would have to consider when shortlisting new corporate locations.

The team at BFI setup several goals to create the solution for the ONYX that included:

  • Create collaborative/common spaces that would attract top tenants looking for a premier property to meet their corporate image as well as attract new employees.
  • Build a training room, cafeteria, and outside seating space
  • A collaborative meeting space using low casual seating and high-top stools
  • Stay within if not save against the original budget
  • Redo the main reception table-eliminate entirely.

BFI created and furnished a beautiful property that showcased top quality and designed products, that successfully aided Onyx in attracting quality long term tenants in a very challenging time. These quality and unique amenity spaces will now assist the various tenants in convincing all their employees to come back to the office.
